Jennifer Lormand, owner of Ascension Fitness, visited our Mommy & Me Group! Jennifer is a mom of two boys with a third son due in August. She has a degree in Exercise Physiology and is the creator of "MommyMovement." "MommyMovement" is a popular 8-week exercise program which helps new moms get their pre-baby bodies back. She recently wrote a book about the program, "MommyMovement. New Baby. New Body. New Life." Jennifer has made it her mission to help moms love their bodies!
